No, the time for infrastructure projects like that is long gone. We no longer have a central gov. Expansion and rehabilitation is the only way.
And we must have a road in sanaag, the only gobol with no road.

what puntland lacks is determination.
we have to take a page from the israelis.
we need mass resettlement projects that will encourage intermingling between the darod.
there are thousands of our darods that are in refugee camps in kenya.
imagine if we resettle them in puntland. our economy will go up 1000% + it will benefit the unity of the family.
in terms of infrastructure, sanaag, haylan, cayn all need roads connecting them with bari, nugaal and mudug for easy access.
