Black tea just like green also has antioxidants. So it is actually good for you.

A cup of sugar is just crazy though! Reminds me of the shaah in Somalia. Cunahaa ku qallalaya trying to tell them not to put any sugar in the kildi and to let people add the sonkar to their cup instead.

I'm not a big fan of Somali tea, I like my teas instant, and green tea is good for jump starting your metabolism for the day.
