I put Mogadishu in quotations because it's supposed to be the capital of the federal government, not where oil revenue and power is supposed to go completely to 1 clan. Mogadishu is symbolic. It has its own municipal affairs to worry about in the municipal level. Its just the seat of the federal government. Nothing more. Federal government expands the entire country. A man in Mogadishu is not supposed to be more important than a man in Garowe to the federal govt.

The diplomacy and the sophistication of those in villa somalia is simply beyond 'wow'.. I am really trying to understand how they come up with this.. alshabaab is operating in the very same area the government is based at, wars in galgaduud and shabeelaha, drought in the horizon, a fist fight between the pm and president, habar gidir v abgaal in theatres near you.
