Gym is an absolute myth this month. Annoyed aswell because i was making good gains in June too.
You just gotta find ways to conserve as much energy as possible. Talk less, think less, sleep more, try to be as sedentary as possible.

lol julkimi. it's just 2 days.
marques, try to sleep less and do more reading and listening quran, mahadars and help you mom. i planned to help my mom and sisters ths month. specially our maids left and we getting new one soon from back home.

I didn't eat any veggie burgers. But I made veggie sambusas. With bisbaas.

i ate for iftaar outmeal, sahour vegi burger and loads id green salat. i dont eat anything between sahour and iftaar.

Well for iftaar I have veggie sambusas. Then for dinner I have a plate of either pasta or rice with veggies. For suhoor I have left over dinner and a cup of iced almond milk.
Tonight I am making veggie tacos.
