Under the constitution article 65 of the republic of snet states "No official other than the "president" shall make any changes to the cabinet of the executive branch."

I will be doing some investigation of power misuse soon, it shall be the supreme court between us.

My observation:
Your parliament is a sausage fest although the caption reads "should be filled by a female".

Bureaucratic grey is not my colour. Minister of no Portfolio? I don't fancy myself a 6x10, so I'll take a pass.
