He was a tick in every department. He was tall, handsome, knowledgable on the deen, a gentleman. He would take me to trips to the zoo and museums etc.. coz he knew that's what I liked. Would shower me with gifts and cancel his plans just to keep me company. Met his mum and siblings. But we couldn't be together coz I didn't want to be a stay at home niqabi mum. But damn can't believe how easily I caught feelings that I literally stalked him for a good few months. Feels good to confess this at last. I've been brushing it off as nothing for far too long.
Have you ever fell in love too quick?
.
A stay at home niqabi mum. You make it sound like something dirty.
Well, the horse has left the barn.

I meant how would the relationship change once you got "serious"?

Marques.
He told her to send pictures every hour to prove where she was and he beat her up when her battery died. So sad

There's nothing wrong with that but I have goals and ambitions in life I can't be a stay at home mum and I would want to cover my face when I'm ready not be forced into it.

Do you know exactly wen you will be ready?
Or more importantly when you will die?
Am just saying none of us knows how long we got.
Your answer is typical and it's not the first time I heard it.
Follow your goals and ambitions but don't take that breathing that comes so naturally for granted.

Keyblade,
All joke my brother
Euphoriia,
What kind of system would you want when you get married? Like 50/50 sharing chores and childcare with your husband?
Also can you not do your traditional motherly duty without being a stay at home mum? Now days there is relationship problem amongst Somali couples.

Interrogation baa loo baahanyahay, not this "dating but not dating" business

Set up 1 meeting with others from your side & his in the future, and disect each other there and then. All the best for the future walal, in shaa Allah it works out

Yes, it did happen early last year, this girl said she liked me and it went like that, I took her out on a few dates, we didn't get too intimate but I realized I was in love when I saw her hugging some afghan young'n , after that day I ended it and was in pain for a few weeks.

, But then I moved on and realized this emotion called love is not to be reckoned with, I learnt my lesson
