PO Unless he goes MSB/AY on us I will still be supporting him. If a famine occurs under his watch then I will most certainly be against him in the next election. But like I said, ordering killings aside he should complete his term.

That is a very broad view things. I want to know if his policies were reason enough to support him for you, not the fact he is simply "president".Jasmine6 wrote:PO Unless he goes MSB/AY on us I will still be supporting him. And don't forget, you wouldn't be here supporting him if AY didn't bring the govt to Xamar. If Hawiye supported him then, there would be none of this chaos and killings. But let's not get distracted with that convo and let's stick to HSM.

AY was a warlord president and as much as I admire the Somali and Hawiye culture of xishood when it comes to certain things, the vile actions of that man should never be forgotten.Perfect_Order wrote:That is a very broad view things. If I am being honest about XSM. Anyone could have won that election and as long as they weren't a murderer I would have been supporting them. As far as I'm aware his policies = get Somalia stable enough and safe enough to try and have a 1 man 1 vote outcome by the end of his term.
If his policies seem to disadvantage Hawiye I would still support him as long as we're still headed towards that end goal. The worst thing that can happen to Somalia now is to impeach him. Let the term end, have some patience even if your qabiil is blah blah blah crying and whining.

^ And what about communal clan cleansing ? Mass occupation of a Xamar/lower shabelle, give it a rest your the last to lecture somalis about peace
This news just affirms how powerless this clown in Xamar is ! A 'regional state' (puntland) is lectuting the federal government in how to do their job, sad.
Puntland shouldn't act like this but what else can they do when you have a amateur in villa Somalia provoking populations (pl) ?
The reason why MSB is so revered is because his power actually meant something that included semblance or organisation and consensus.
Centralism (in a egalitarian framework) is the only way to keep all these volatile clans in check

Communal cleansing sounds pleasant lol
Biyomal trying to cleanse L.Shabelle of HG though was no laughing matter. The fact that a lot of people then took the opportunity to say things like "go back to Galgaduud" taught me a lesson I will never forget.
