Calculus is way easier than LA bruh. Only in LA will you be faced with orthogonality, R space projections and planes etc some really abstract stuff that can only be learnt from thereoms and understanding proofs. Calculus is a little more discrete especially anything to do with differentiation/integration. You are virtually applying different axioms and "rudimentary" rules all at once, nothing tricky

I would say Statistics and stochastic maths is hardest for me. It's very interesting though, especially if you're a gambler.

Exactly. LA was all prove and I can count the amount of times I've dealt with numbers. Eigenvalues and eigenvectors, projections, markov chain etc..., those were the only times I dealt with numbers. The rest was just ugly proves. Still though, I wouldn't say calculus, especially the one for engineers and physicists/mathematicians is easy.Marques wrote:Calculus is way easier than LA bruh.
