When you don't have a government that's capable of defending it's sovereignty whether it's land or sea, everyone and their momma will undermine you and steal from you.

could there be a special circusmtance in that kenya's martime border with tanzania does infact run in an eastern direction ( so as to allow tanzania to claim that little ilsand ). The fact that one of kenya's borders is already pointed in an eastern direction----wouldnt it only be fair that both of them run east so that theey have some congruency.

somalis are bright, but when it comes to protecting property they seem to be missing some brain cells.
