There's plenty of farmland left in Sh/hoose.
Yes, while fertile (dhoobey) land is plentiful in Lower Shebelle, there is not enough water in the river to irrigate those lands.
The people from Beledweyne, Jowhar, balcad all the way to Qoryooley are sucking water from the river.
By the time the river reaches the ferile Sablale in southern Shebelle, it is gone, a dry river bed.
The people in Southern lower shebelle actually use rain water for their farms.
Kkkk @fertile
Clearly you have never seen of a farm!
There's no such thing as a fertile land!
There are rainy seasons and dry season, in somalia, people go farming in two seasons: spring and automn
In jubbaland there's only one farming season wich is the spring
In the shabelle region, it receives the two seasons, most of hiiraan is green except at the galgaduud borders where our postralists live
Since 2011 draught, jubba hasn't recovered because just spring is not enough for her to recover
In this season, while we are suffering from deyr floods jubba is totally dry
