you cannot restrict movement of people and capital,
each person can live and invest were they want.

But in terms of having regions such as hawd, oodweyne, saaxil
surly the whole point of having gobols was for each gobol to be
self-sufficient in terms of its own resource, and manage its own
resource. not managed by another region or central got as the case
oil in oodweyne.

as for hargeisa only qassin ayey degan u tahay.

adigu, cabdulla tahay, cabdulla isxaaq waa reer miyi, weliba bederwanag ilaa sabaowanag,
they came to hargeisa in 1991 with ina warancadde

cabdulla isxaaq you guys dont even live in hawd, or pass xududka ethiopia, furthest south you go
is sabawanag. except reer ugaadh who live in one tuulo camp ugaadh with hy oodweyne surrounding
them.

you always disrespecting reer burco and reer bari.
you always praising reer galbeed clans whilst carrying reer bari name 'hawd'
dont you know hawd was conquered by reer oodweyne, reer burco, and those reer bari you talk about

the ironic thing is you have the audacity to claim 'hawd' name and disrespected the very people
that allow you to claim their land and name.

isxaaq carre waa reer waqooyi yaga iyo musa cabdullah cadaaley iyo meelaha sheego, hawd dhaqan kuma lihid
la bax magaca Ras Waqooyi

Hawdian or shall I say Galbeedian then stop acting like a guest, otherwise you're no different than Khalid Ali and simpleton AbuukarSubeer
confined to Gabiley.

Actually since you mr prestige do not confine yourself to the frontiers of your sub-sub-sub-sub tribe , neither do we. Since we pride ourselves after Subeer awal isaaq, it follows that Berbera too is ours, so to every degan west of hargeisa stretching as far as jigjiga/herer, etc.. However I have access to the lands of my reer abti, in fact my muse carre reer xirsi amaan awoowe welcomes me to his land in the hawd as he is now looking after some geel that I own, you see sxb it ain't like the sub-clans of isaaq dislike each other, I think the reason why you're a bit off with every other isaaq in here regardless of their sub-clan is because you're a half-breed

Jigjiga doesn't belong to you. Within Somaliland your land is known as the 44 km stretch between West Hargeisa and Gabiley. A man traces
his lineage to his reer adeer, so reer abti is irrelevant when it comes to land claim. So be content with the Gabiley stretch  .

Arab are warriors and Sacad is the brain; more open minded than the average Somali thanks to their high number of graduates. They know world beyond Gabiley and Jigjiga yar.

20 Arab dandhagax have more hearts than 2000 other idoor. Don't let their small number fool you. They are venomous like an Inland Taipan if you mess with them. They are not called dandhagax for no reason (hard as a rock).

If these two communities rebel Silanyo, Kulmiye will go down in matter of hours.

Agree
 If i have to change my clan walaahi i would choose sacad muuse. man we are nothing without sacad muuse, somaliland can exist without without Hj and Hy but not HA . The arabs are defenitely the most active somalilanders, they are more active than all hawiye, digil iyo midhifle and daarood tribes combined, and here is the evidence their road project is the most expensive even the other bigger habros can not handle this kind of project.

@yussuf lol every isaaq is what makes us a unite clan, HA are very miskeen ppl who r more business mind, tbh every sub tribe within isaaq has good qualities which makes us the most strongest and intelligent ppl in the horn of africa.
For rxample without hj khatumo would be making bases in gabiley

We're all have strengths and we should all apreciate each other for that.

Harsheikh, wajale and harshin and fayaanbiiro are all isaaq towns and they are all in jigjiga region
 and if i play the dir card with you, you have nothing left awbere is the largest district of the region. actually isaaq man Dr abdul majid .made jigjiga the capital because it was the only non ogaden city that could become the capital city of kilil 5. and it is the only city isaaqs and other non ogadens can have acces to control when ever they want. We could never challenge the Ogs if we did not refuse qabridahere and goday as a capitals.

Hodan

In fact majority of somaliland military and their commanders are habar awal, there is more HA fighting deep in sool than HJs. the fact that HY and HJ do more faan and faataabakh than average HA s does not mean they are weak. they contribute the most of any thing you can mention. the tax the army etc.
