Pretty sure plenty of xalimos would have married some of those men just because they said "have a nice day" to them.
I spoke to Rob Bliss over the phone, and he said that they were simply looking for areas with high pedestrian traffic when selecting locations. When asked if they filmed on Wall Street at all, he said they did not. He recognizes that most of the men in the video are men of color, which he attributes largely to chance: Most of the recorded incidents with white men, he says, were too short, or had issues with audio and video quality. He also added: “We didn’t set out to make this a perfect representation. We worked with what we had.” What he did set out to make, is a video that would do well on the internet: “I make viral videos for a living,” he said.

basically they targeted black men because they knew a bunch of black/spanish men harassing a white woman would go viral, they edited out the white guys and even avoided wall street which reportedly has the most incidents of "street harassment". Its basically a propaganda piece using existing stereotypes to draw attention from white men and to get donations from them (which they ask for at the end of the video). The implications on the side of black men though is very dangerous, this type of thing is no joke
