Not only you're the worst type of gaal but a dumb one too. In case you forgot the dirty waqooyis have their own country called Somaliland. Well it might be not be recognized, but it's still a country nevertheless. How can people from another country demand their fair share of govt posts from a country which isn't theirs ?
He's highlighting the political dhillonimo of the dirty Waqooyi MP's who can't even honor the clan whose seats they're occupying well as the hypocrisy of the Walaweyn leadership who call for fair representation under their blue flag hypocrisy.
The Dir seats should go to Dir from Somalia and Ethiopia so that they can counter Doofar Ismaacil who are trying to steal their fertile land in Jamaame district and lower/middle Jubba as well as the Hutu hordes from central Somalia who are occupying and stealing their land in S/Hoose and Hiiraan.

Sahal, are both camps content with the arrangement, or is someone already planning a motion 9 months in advance?

The faqash son of the faqash Ina Carte Qaalib should be shot if he ever tries to set foot in Hargeisa.
You should stop classifying everyone and everything into faqash and non faqash, it's 2015 not 1985. It's an extremely warped outlook.

Are you some kind of apologist or what?
They will pay with their lives and once we get rid of the current, pretty much non existing, weak Isaaq leadership we will hunt them down one by one, starting with the traitors.

well said!
these people have no logic sxb malaha miskaxdii baa ka dhamaatey!
We gave them special arrangements yet they r talking having "political" representatives!
Its not even allowed by the IC to let them hold big positions until the issues were settled
Remember when I said no 1 welcomes internationally a woqiyi pm?
Now he's a deputy without an extra post!
Some thing their admin don't tell them is that UNs mission was unified as they called back nick kay after they were told he's the gate for every thing
But he has two different agendas; development for there and stability for here, then in a later stage say for example post-2016 vision their issue will be clear and whether they can have a role or not
Before that no one believes in their precence!
Even if we give them posts we don't give them any more to unionists
