My suggestion is to go work out...go visit your school gym, or sign up for one.
Not only do you have a goal every time you go in, but you release endorphins, you release toxins and you release tension and stress in your body. Plus that muscle soreness is beautiful.
All of which contribute to a big happy 'fk yea' when you get home and can shower and eat, having earned them. Also, start eating less and less junk food; you'd be surprised at how much better you feel by making small adjustments to your body's health. Easy to forget that a healthy body helps create a healthier mind.
I'd suggest deen, but I know you won't hear it.

Whether the person is joking (which is stupid thing to do) or not, it's better not to tell someone on the net to go ahead and kill themselves coz we don't know their real mental state, or their life for that matter, and just leave them alone once they start talking about stuff like if there is no any other way you can help them.
