Idk about Mogadishu, but the better hotels in North Somalia are $50-$75 per day tops.

You can rent a 4×4 for a few hundred and get a 24/7 chauffeur for maybe 500 and you still have money left.

Comfortable hotel runs for $30 ..medium end...with Qurac nd casho...I must admit tho that their rental car is rip off..$20 a day ...so what's best to do is to buy but a car for $4k...but then again their petrol is effing expensive ..$7 for a gallon ...good news tho bc Hargeisa is such a small city that a gallon goes a long way ..
