Adeer that's blasphemy, no dollar would amount to the magnificent geel currency! Besides these diaspora financial might is time-limited ?????

I agree. But, in a world characterised by the love of dough, the geel currency is becoming like the pesetos. Aanu ooynee albaabka noo xeidh adeer.

Moawar, adeer, Gone are the days of the noble Maahmaah "Aakhiro nimaan geel lahayn lama amaaneeynin". Today, you'd find a woman wanting dollars for her meher!!!!!

Evoly; why kiss her? he could tell her stories; and start a process of seduction (xodxodasho); in the good old miyi days, he would have started to narrate a few lines of poetry; ask her to join him in afar faataxo and when that is done command her " naa bal kaale halkaan soo fadhiso"....

KISS aa? ceeb. Caadi ma aha. some would argue; Ma af wax lagu cuno oo mararka qaarkood soo uraayo baa la dhuunka karaa?

Part two; I have limited times; when I have the time. You could write part 2.

Evol; G Bush senior became president after Ronald Reagan. He forced the Iraqis out of Kuwait. He was certain he will win re-election in 1992. James Carville, a democratic pundit coined the phrase " it is the economy, stupid" as a campaign slogan for Clinton. That is what Moawr was referring to.

Reer Magaalnimo is doqonimo, some geeljires will say. Camel ownership is ilbaxnimo; according to reer baadiyo saying; the gates of heaven are not open for the reer magaals.

Kiss waa sheeko kacsi la bood. It will wane after sometime. If you are planing to marry a reer baadiye (and I pray that you do because they are the last remaining bastion of somalinimo), kissing is out of the question. His bravados about taming a lion, his knowledge of camel-logy and his poems will be enough to put you in the mood for love. LOL
