Cambaabur is Somali but it's only a regional thing. 95% of Somalis I met never heard or ate it before.
Muqmad is also exclusive to Somalis.

Muqmad (udkac) is without a doubt our only and greatest invention when it comes to food
As a people, we are very resourceful and have this ability to quickly adopt to new ideas and concepts , but until recently we were living in seclusion with little to no interaction with outsiders, except for the few coastal people who occasionally traded with Arabs and Indians ,
fast-forward to the twentieth-century thanks to globalization our cuisine now has Indian, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean influences and origin but we made it uniquely ours.

Sax, because of ou geographical location, we are more or less internationally influenced society when it comes to cuisine, which is not that bad itself but we do have our own native dishes as basic and nutrition-less as they might be!
Shuuro/Soor
Garraw/Sorghum
Qammadi/ wheat
Laxoox/pancake; I know some of you said this is xabashi origin but u are very much mistaken. The name Canjero=Injeera might be Ethiopian origin but laxoox itself ain't.
Caaano Geel/Lo'/Adhi
Sollay meat of any kind/ roasted meat
Hillib Geel/Lo/Adhi caadi ah iyo maraq cad, Kurus Geel

cambaabur
Karaaciin
Beer
Suqaar
Digir/Cambuulo
Arabikhi/Gallay/Fara cad with caano
Xasiid
Aalle
Oodkac=first time I am calling this Oodkac

bless thy Muqmad
Xalwad
Harrisad
Kalluun /Mallaay? Native to anyone who has access to the sea!
Nacalaa abuu Shaax Al Somaali macal qorofal, hayl iyo sanjabiil with 4 -5 tea spoons of sugar

If you have any more native Somali dishes in mind, add it to this list plz.

Yeah Some of these are simple but indeed authentically Somali, and the ones mentioned by zidane88 too
but ...
xalwad or حلوى is originally from Yemen (I know the Somali one is a little different ), Hariisad is some form of halwa too
karaaciin , Casiid ,suqaar are all yemeni cuisine
And shah is Indian with it's qirfa heel iyo sanjabeel lol
Laxoox or لحوح is the Yemeni version of the Ethiopian anjera , reer waqooyi-ga ayaa cadan ka soo xaday lol
kaluun, hilib geel iyo kurus
