There are more Oromos and Amharas in Dir Dhabe than Somalis.

75% of the city is Ethiopian.

Cause it's a economic hub and it's growing fast. 75% though lol? That's too far fetched. I'm sure Oromo is the biggest group after Somalis. You have the occasional Amhara and Tigray.

It has been majority non-Somali for many years. Even stats from the 80s and 90s show it to be majority Xabash/Oromo.
