Warsheekh, a relative of mine who passed away AUN encountered the same story. He used to work in Kuwait and built a nice villa in Hamar, A few years ago his neighbour make a fake documents saying he is the owner of the villa. Now the neighbour lives in the villa while endless court session going on.
