If he bought the land initially by halal means then this poor man has been wronged and the local people should stand by him and demonstrate on his behalf. If on the other hand he procured this land by underhand means when it was him that had the power and the means to steal and plunder other people's property.Then somebody should inform him What goes around...

Warsheekh, a relative of mine who passed away AUN encountered the same story. He used to work in Kuwait and built a nice villa in Hamar, A few years ago his neighbour make a fake documents saying he is the owner of the villa. Now the neighbour lives in the villa while endless court session going on. I know another Xawaadle friend from London who goes to hamar to evict squatters in his family home, and guess what? he was poisoned and died. AUN. After how many years from the civil war, why now?

Are people justifying this robbery on the grounds of an assumption that the old man could have stolen the house initially? First of all there is no evidence to support that and second, even if he stole it that doesn't give hutus the right to steal it from him. I concur though that if he had stolen it from someone that person could take it back from home. hutus need to boycott this robbery business..it is been almost 30 years.
