What is weird about this whole story is the girls are claiming to have been kicked out of the house and the old man is claiming the same thing. Did you see the pictures? This house is located less a kilometer from the beach. It is at a prime location in the city. They probably intend to immediately tear down the existing building and build a huge beach-side hotel there and make a killing in the future.
