The kid is genius and has exposed holes in a system set to encounter deadly mass shootings in the schools. His science teacher should have informed the other teachers and senior School administrators about the clock with its dangling wires and open circuit board because the kid has only been enrolled in the school for a week and there was no one who knew him well and could vouch for him.

The bright side is the kid exposed Irving Texas as redneck, racist and Islamphoebe area. Ahmed is now a mini celebrity, from the White House, Silicon Valley, NASA, to Ivy League Colleges consider Ahmed a wonder tech kid and they took note of him.
