Most failed somali region ?
before we answer this question! let's compare somali regions how they are doing when it come:-
1: economicly .
2:-employment.. .
3:infrastructure... .
4:education !
5: security
6: Murder rate !
7:health.
8:sport

let's start Banaadir region and around, this region leads when it comes.
1_economicly- banaadir waa meesha ay lacagta taal..
2- employment probably banaadir is numbar one when it comes dadka shaqo heeysta :
banaadir region and it's around has better infrustucture than any other region in somaliya.
3- education:- Banaadir region and around is numbar one when it comes how many people % has possiblity to study.
5: security. Not in the lead because banaadir region is the center of the country and terrorists are focused their fight in this region.

6: murder rate= this needs more baaritaan aad u weeyn waayo magaalooyin baddan oo la moodo nabad inay yihiin ayaa badanaa leh murder rate ka sareeya banaadir region.
7_ health . banaadir region is numbar ONE.. people from hargeysa and buntiland come to xamar inorder to get medical help which is not available in their region.
8: Sport.. we know banaadir region is numbar one when it comes young people both females and males taking part different sports.. banaadir region is the only region where you find staduim full of people watching girls plying basketball or handball.. you will never find that hargeysa somaliland or buntiland girls plying infront of staduim full of people..

so you somalinets i think banaadir region and it's around its best region in somali peoples land..

Yalaxow jabartis don't hate South Somalia, the best land in the south belongs to me. Laakin what I hate is the violent culture of the hutu.

Somaliland certainly has a accomplished a lot in very little. They have a bustling economy, a decent functioning government, very little dependence on foreign aid, below average corruption for a third-world nation, etc. They'll probably be rivaling the rates of development of Ethiopia in a few decades if they keep it up. I'd gladly support their independence as long as they abandon the name "Somaliland", the language, and adopt a new identity. Perhaps call yourselves Biladul-Isaaq and adopt Arabic as your official language seeing as you guys are Arabs.

As for Puntland, please don't make me laugh. It is a complete and utter failure. It's GDP is comparable to the South central region, it has absolutely no economic output whatsoever, is very heavily dependent on the foreign aid directed to them from Mogadisu, likely leads the country when it comes to government corruption and embezzlement of public funds (need I bring up the recent news of the region's government requesting emergency funds as they cannot account for what black hole the regular funding they get fell into), and just about every other metric you can think of. If these people actually had an infrastructure or reliable governance to be proud of, they wouldn't be banking their entire future on oil fantasies that will just never materialize.

Despite all of that, that should not take the magnifying glass off the failures of the south. Puntland still has some level of stability while we can't say the same for ourselves. We need to take personal responsibility for our own failures and it's completely unacceptable to have this mafia government being propped up by foreign troops. Some heads need to roll, the entire political establishment and its associates for the past 20 years either need to be jailed or executed, give "Somaliland" their independence, boot Puntland and the meddling dhabyacos and all their lackeys out of the union, scrap the 4.5 system and let qualified people among the minority or neutral clans (Dir, D&M, etc) form the government. With all of these reforms, we might just have a chance at forming a decent central government and restoring some semblance of stability to the south.
