Op. There are no Arab names. What you are referring to are Muslim names and I don't see why parents shouldn't name their kids muslim names.
Wouldnt you want your son to have a name like Keenadiid, Shar-ma-arke, Gama'diid, Raage, Ayanle that command respect :wow:

Cambaro (Amber) , is Arabic in origin but is also a named used by many other peoples. Luul is Arabic for pearl , Abyan originates in yemen , Cilmi is Arabic for knowledge , and Hidaya is Arabic meaning gift. Badri is quite obviously Arabic it doesn't sound somali at all.

The rest are certified tho  GOOD JOB :D

As my grandfather would say; cajaabto cajaaib and jajah....

They're most certainly not Bantu names, not that there is anything wrong with Bantu names. And for your information the Bantus have adopted some of our names.

In any case the "oow or ow" is something we like to add. And a lot of southern groups use it. The real name is "calas, yalax, fiid (a particular time, fiidka, a boy born that time will be called fiidow) dhiics etc
