He was not a cannibal , he didn't consume the flesh, he made various cuts on the child's neck and back and most likely sucked or drained the blood. This isn't the first time Oromos have been accused of things of this nature , there were around 4 previous incidents where a child was drained of blood, most Oromos believe leprosy can be cured by sucking the blood of a young child.
