let's debate in civilised way. if Somaliland is performing better than Somalia in all the sectors I mentioned. the So called ictiraaf or recognition you have is useless. Every body knows Mogadishu Bosaso and kismayo ports and Airports are all functioning and you take much foreign aid than we get, But all three administrations combined have less or roughly the same budget of Somaliland.
