That's hypocritical.

That would mean that Somaliland is a clan state, which the government repeatedly denounces it saying that SL are united through nationalism not clanism.

Somalis are not monolithic and clan is but one of many factors for such distinctions. Its the same for pure arabs across the gcc arab countries

Somalia is no longer colonized, and thus what he did is no longer relevant. The international community have made it clear that Somalia will not get divided any further.

Somaliland borders were inherited from the british on June 26,1960 and yes our forefather fought for that independence unlike somalia who inherited it's borders from italian UN trusteeship July 1st, 1960 because of our support.thank somaliland for the peace you have no al shabaab blowing you up today.
