You got me wrong sxb. Firstly I'm talking about the UN perspective on somalia/somaliland not somalis vs somalis or SL vs SFG like my regional case....for the UN, somalia is one country, the UN envoy applies to SL as well
Wadan markuu burburo adigana talo ma lihid anigna talo malihi...yacni ma jirto wax sharciyad ah oo matasha dadka, waxaa la hoos geeyaa beesha caalamka si ay walaalahooda kufay u gacan qabtaan.....Iraq bay ka dhacdey oo UN envoy laheen jiray ilaa nidaam ay ka samaysteen. Syria bay ka socotaa....ruushka waxay dagaalka u qaadeen si ay u abuuraan new military reality ahead of the geneva talks oo bashaar looga dhigo daraf ka mid ah xalka...sadexdii bilood dhul badan bay qabsadeen khaasatan xadka turkiga ee xeebta, koonfurta xalab, waqooyi bari ee xalab, qayb kamid ah darca, koonfurta dimishiq.....masar baa ka badbaadey ayadoo loo diri rabo kadib inqilaabkii sisi madaama lakala qaybsanaa
Sidaas oo kale somalia wax sharciyad ah kama jirto waqooyi ama koonfur bari ama galbeed....sababta ay SL wadahadalada ugu ordayso maaha goitaan ee waxay ku xirantahay process kaan ooy ku qaraabato not as federal state laakiin inay yihiin dad wadahadal u diyaar ah waana sababta ay u joogetey london conference one oo fikirkaan ka yimid
Maadama SL ay hoos ka habaysantahay waxaa la yiri let us first repair the broken part of somalia....intaas weeye waxa somaliland ay sugeyso marka markaan dhahay I will be shocked if SL exists by 2018 unless there was a new strategy.... i dont mean that someone will force you like siyad barre, I mean the stage somalia will find itself when theres no amisom, semi-stable federal states....basically how SL now looks like!
And SLs argument for secession was about two things: having stability (the most important one) and having different colonial history(this one depends on mogadishu bc there's some thing called external referendum wich SL has gained before from the colonial office...independence...this is an internal referendum up to the country your part of it since you joined them)
So that was my point....a change in the political dynamics and the stronger will survive
As for the isaaqs of the 4.5, this takes us back to the UN again....building clan based institutions until the next stage....they r part of it as a clan not as a SL.
