So you are denying the fact that Somaliland did not build las canood. Las canood was a unknown little village before 1991. The last 6 years has seen the most development under Silanyo. We would have built the rest of sool if your people were not so stubborn. That's why most dhulbahante settlement lack behind Isaaq and gudabiirsi settlements, especially in terms of education.

All I'm saying is if oil was to be found, then Somaliland would take it, if not there would be no oil. Think a bunch of nomads are going to stop us.

Lascaanood was really developed from 91 to 2007, and everything stopped for 6 years now things are okay, the people are building their city.
