That above is the reason why it's a ghost town. Who wants to invest their hard earned monies in a place you will be treated as second class citizen..

Horta the port wasnt built by CM, but the former Somali state, which was over thrown by all Isaaq's. Had CM on its own won the port from the old regime that would be different. That port today belongs too all Somaliland citizens.
