There is no Somali word called 'dhuli'. It's 'dulli'. Lol. There's 'dhul' for land, or ground. And the word like 'dhagax' for stone. That's how you pronounce 'dh' in Somali.

Nope, Iranians do it too, exactly the same way Somalis do. Even for grandparents, aunts, uncles, is identical
to Somalis way.

That's possible or why not the opposite? The only Persian words that made it to somalis are Kunte=booty. As in my favourite reer Xamar maah-maah " kadaloob kunte wedkeed waaye" and the word Bandar which is either town or village.

Yes, L, and D/DH are in our alphabet, but they all sound completely different. And since we don't have the letter ض, that's why it changed into L in Somali.
