Every country on this earth knows that Somalia doesn't have any jurisdiction inside Somaliland just like in 1961 when the Supreme Court of Mogadishu couldn't prosecute Muj. Hassan Kayd and the rest of the honorable officers who tried to regain the control of their country. The case was dismissed because Mogadishu didn't have jurisdiction in the territory where the ''crime'' took place (Somaliland) and that's when the Walaweyn myth of Aadan Cadde exonerating them started which false.
