Further proof why should wear our hair long.
I literally went YEARS without a Tinder match, now I'm getting one every other day.

Only difference, before I had level 1 haircut pictures, and now I'm using my pre-eid hair pictures.

You should have told me this 10 years ago Image
Loool.  Sorry bro, i only grew my own hair out recently so i didn't know myself. But you can restart your re-growth journey with the new found knowledge.

Good luck

Milk you say. Interesting theory, it could be. It also explains why like Somalis like Northern Europeans got big foreheads and high hairlines too. They are a big milk drinking culture. Yet southern and eastern ones typically don't have high hairlines.

I feel like refine sugar like you said does the most damage to us tho. Ive been seeing lately on insta fobs with some horrendous looking hairlines. Many are born with or develop hairlines like that which doesn't even frame the face properly . It is sad to see this because i'm sure this is a recent development.

Is it me or do fobs get worst out of the health damage of given to the collective Somalis. Reer magaals from back home that i've seen look way worse than the diasporians , some of them look straight Barkhad Abdi like, others display stunted height , poor growth in limb, head size. Not all of them but a lot of them. Why do you think that is, don't they not eat the same foods as us? or is it something else or is it strictly within my imagination.
It is your imagination, because after my trips back home, I can say with certainty that people in Somalia are mostly better looking and physically aesthetic in comparison with their western counterparts.

I tend to see the typical round faced Halimos and early balding Faaraxs more in the west. Back home there are higher numbers with immaculate naturally straight teeth, even though many have them stained. They also seem to have better developed faces, high cheekbones and are naturally slim which can easily be remedied. Less cases of early balding back home also.

The girls over here are literally put to shame by the ones back home!
Interesting. :notsure: Are you in Somalia currently? What segment of the Somali population are you speaking off? Are you speaking of Reer Magaal Somalis who's diet mainly consists of sugar and grains? or are you speaking of Reer Badiyoo one's who live mainly on meat and raw milk?

Cuz if you are speaking of the reer magaal ones who live on baasto iyo bariis + sookor+ contaminated water, then i would disagree. Because generally those people look worse than the diasporians, a lot of them look straight like Barkhad Abdi. Trust, ive seen them first hand.

It’s humorous how things turn out and reveal themselves. When I and Themightnomad were talking about improving Somali health, fitness, longevity, bodybuilding and physical performance; we had to deal with this feminine backhanded post by the happyone in a productive thread.

Turns out in all his years on Tinder he hardly had matches, while other proactive Somali men get 10 matches a day 8-)

So how about instead posting estrogenic laden comments online, go to the doctors, get a hormone profile, and test your total testosterone, free testosterone, estrogen(E2), SBHG, DHT and fasted glucose levels and fix hormone profile up, remove the gyno I suspect you have. Get a gym membership, learn some basic nutrition, basic exercise science, basic health principles, healthy minerals/vitamins supplementation, science behind intermittent fasting/fasting and build yourself up. Because that’s what men do, they act they don't talk.

When it comes to the hairline, I’m adamant it’s the calcium from milk when we cannot absorb after the age of 2. Honestly, we don’t need milk. Haven’t touched it in years and my bones stronger than ever.

Refined sugar literally demineralizes the bone; thus making it smaller, weaker and causes maldevelopment. We already spoke about this poison toxin, no children or adult from that matter needs it, it serves no purpose but only causes destruction.

As long as our people eat organic wholesome unrefined foods which Allah intended, we wouldn't suffer from a lot of our alignments in youth and adulthood.

Eat like East Asians with a lot of vegetables but more healthy fats and protein than they eat. Health, longevity and performance :stylin: :eat:

How long do you think our regeneration is going to take? 2 generations?

Maybe suplementation should be in order.

Our aesthetics is a problem factor, we look so heterogenous in that department. I never could explain the heterogenousness of our health and physical development. Why we are stereotyped as both ugly and beautiful, until i was enlightened with the knowledge of nutrigenomics and epigenetics.

How much progress can be made in 1 generation do you think?

Can you honestly sit here and tell me these dudes in Somalia don't look physically terrible in every way? Hair skin ,weight, teeth, bones and everything. Its like a pack of Barkhad Abdi's assembling around Amal Nuux.

The women look just as bad as well. They look like bunch of Ayaan hirsi's.

It will only take a single generation. All people have to do especially women, is a year or two before creating a child is to prefect and revolutionize their diets. Remove all inflammatory foods, ensure all vitmains/minerals are in the healthy range(RDI are too low, if anything aim higher), ensure adequate vitamin D levels, ensure excellent gut health, and lifestyle is in place and Allah law of nature will ensure healthy children are born and developed.

The health of the child is determined the diet, lifestyle and health of parents. However, the facial development at birth is determined by Allah’s divine laws. Majority of newborns facial development at birth is prefect and completely symmetrical; unless the parents are truly sick and deficit in essential minerals and vitamins. As long as you don’t introduce inflammatory foods, toxins and allegoric causing chemicals which cause mouth breathing, nasal congestion, bone demineralization, the child will develop fine; the years between birth and 5 is critical. That is when the foundation and development is set, you can always fix later on even in adulthood but why waste money when the solution is simple. Eat organic clean wholesome foods, mainly meats, vegetables and nothing artificial or refined.

For supplementation, as long as the meat and vegetables are somewhat organic and the child's doesn't eat anything that messes up stomach acid and the rest of the digestive system, than supplementation ins't needed. Maybe at Vitamin D, but the Lord provides that with the sun

Brothers, give it up, and focus on things that really matter today instead of growing some girly-type long hairs. Young Somalis need to focus on building their biceps, stay fit, eat healthy food such as vegetables, fruits, less on red meat, and stay focused on things that can make them succeed in this world and hereafter.

What about muscular development and bone size?. Will it take 1 generation for us develop bigger bones and pre and post adolescent muscle definition?

Obviously you can improve muscularity and bone density with weight lifting. But i am curious to what degree can it be achieved naturally through solely nutrition?

Yes, brother, all it takes is just one generation. Look at all short parents with tall children. Once a child is born, their development and growth is determined by lifestyle and nutrition. Nutrition is EVERYTHING. People underestimate it especially us Somalis, because since birth we have been fed food which damages and destroy our stomach and gut health.

Lower stomach acid means the body doesn’t break down the fats and proteins.
Without essential amino acids we cannot develop muscle fibers
Without fats, we cannot develop properly with fat soluble vitamins

Damaged intestinal walls means, weaker immune system and inability to absorb vital minerals and vitamins. The gut is where the key nutrients are absorbed.

Without Zinc (Controls Hormones), Magnesium (Controls blood sugar levels, regulates insulin), Selenium (For prostate and thyroid health), Vitamin K2 (To shutter calcium to the bone), and so on, we have poor hormone response such as low testosterone, low human growth hormone levels and rampant insulin issues.

And now with low HGH, we have less muscle fibers, less bone density(Because of high insulin levels and refined sugars) and less testosterone meaning smaller muscle mass. Diet > Digestion > Hormones > Development > Bone and Muscle development, completely outside parents control post birth,

Michael Jordan is 6’6 yet his dad was 5’10 and mom 5’5. Jeremy Lin parents both are mere 5’6. Wilt Chamberlain is 7’1 yet his dad was 5’8 and mother 5’8. Moses Malone is 6’10 and father is 5’6 and mom is meagre 5’2 and so on with a lot of NBA players.

Over my years I have meet a lot of Koreans at Uni, Gym and sports. A lot of these guys were 6’0-6’4. And I always asked them what their parents height were for my research(LOL), and none of their parents were greater than 5’9. And the difference is their parents grew up in Asia on a low fat, low calorie stable Korean diet while the Westernized Koreans grew up on a stable Korean diet but with lots of red meat, eggs and cheese.

Why are these food key?
Tryptophan is an amino acid that is converted to serotonin, which increases HGH (Human Growth Hormone) during sleep.

Tryptophan is a routine constituent of most protein-based foods or dietary proteins. It is particularly plentiful in chocolate, oats, dried dates, milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, red meat, eggs, fish, poultry, sesame, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, spirulina, and peanuts.

And that's about it. You will grow as tall and as quickly as your genes dictate. Fixed for ever at the moment of conception. All that can disrupt this is severe illness or severe malnutrition in childhood.
Think of a child as a clean slate, what you put in it and how it lives determine its outcome not what it's made from.

I'll send you a link, which you will enjoy and it explains what I mean in more depth as I cannot be arsed to type much more about this topic.
