Amat,
As they say in West Point: Nice attack but up the wrong hill!
You correctly identified a problem, kudos to you, but failed to link it to any sensible solutions.
The challenge facing somali females is irremediable lovelorn. As is evinced by the distressing rise of nymphomaniacs frequenting SNet. I refer to you to Qurux's threads yesterday about 'faaraxs.' These were call out for love, disperate call outs. Apperantly they fell on deaf ears.
I must say I had to log off to save my eyes from such frightful seen. It was equally disturbing and unsettling. There is nothing more menacing and terrifying then nymphomaniacs, especially xaliimos, openly expressing their lovelorn.
Any sensible solution would enjoin love-fest, sex-fest, orgy-fest. Get your cosmic groove on! You need it badly!
But you have my sympathy, your male-dominated culture will never give you that. You are only good for rearing children, wrong, but the inescapable truth.
So how do you remedy this dilemma? I suggest a revolution, a genuine rebellious xaliimos revolution to gain TRUE equality and have those rights enshrined into laws. So that your rights -- sexual promiscuity -- are respected not only by the compliance of fellow countrymen but enforcable by law.

Re: Question to the WOMEN of Snet.....
Amat, whats really good cousin?

Being a Muslim woman in the United States isn't that much of a struggle for me runtii. In my state, mostly Jews and whites(gaalo) own many businesses.
I still don't have a hard time. Laakin to the sisters that wear jilbaab always have do. When I took my aunt to the bank, everyone had a close eye on her. I find that very offensive, I thought America was a place where you are free to practice your own faith. They are not letting us to do so. Jareertana markey arkaan gabar oo jilbaab wataan, farta bey ku fiiqaan oo wey caayaan. I think Jilbaab is very beautiful on a woman.
Loool@ lacageylacag, God saved you from being a woman? war isku xishood. Wallahi oo billahi I have a feeling that you're a confused modhasocka. Mooryaan yaa wax ka dhageysanjiray.

*Amat Allah*....
1st of all thanks, 4 the gracious thread sis, finally someone initiated a thread that all the women can relate 2....*bless*...
I merely deem that women are a susceptible, becauz they r a pioneer legion....apparently im not declaring these comments in order 2 boost our ego...
anyway, although ppl determined 2 neglect women issues and the verity they are the tragic victims of the society, recently...yet again I presuppose the stereotypical notions of women being inferior still exist till this day....in my case, im not aghast of the fact that women are classified as ineffectual, substandard, and such a things...becuz the ideology of women being inferior existed while ago....and ostensibly we can’t suddenly appear out of no where and modify such a *typecast*....while the history amply illustrates the fact that the status of women in earlier civilizations was very low 2 the extent that they were denied basic human dignity, such as *Babylonian Civilization* who degraded women and denied all their rights under the babylonian law....*Greek Civilization* who considered women 2 be subhuman and inferior 2 men....though chastity of women was precious, and women were held in high esteem, the greeks were later overwhelmed by ego and sexual perversions...where prostitution became a regular practice amongst all classes of Greek society....*Egyptians* who classified women as a root of all evil and as a sign of devil....even worst *Arabs* in the *ignorance era* who buried the female child alive....beside, as long male chauvinist are still breathing, I don’t deem we’ll amend women’s panorama, in which ppl sight them as....so we might as well get use 2 some phrases like *it’s a man world*....*what the hell a women doing in man’s world....*male domination*....
the parallel actions should be taken towards racist creatures, I just ignore them or take quick action when ever they instigate perturbing me with their abhorrence statements....the other day I end up punching a white lady who called me *negro*...
.... in my stance, racism it’s just a prejudice attitudes and stereotyped identities, that white ppl exercise, in order 2 assert their superiority over us.....*but the day a white f.cker will intimidate me, didn’t come yet*...nacaltullahi cala sheytan...take this from me sis, there’s no way 2 restrict such a behaviour than utilising ur *physical vigour*...trust me girl...
alongside, *hijaab* has been prescribed for the women so that they are recognised as modest women and this will also prevent them from being molested...*so who cares about what ppl think*....surely not me...
after all, we still can make it through these rainy days, whether they denied our authority or not...*bless* ....*vox populi, vox dei*...so all the sisters speak now or hold ur silence 4 ever....

Sis, when you talk about Hijab, do u mean the caadi masaar's or ama maryaaha wa weyn? Becasue im sure either the 2 you get the same reactions right? Sorry to get personally, you dont have to say whether you were a hijab. But do you see what im saying here. But your very lucky to live in a nice area, anigu i live in an area were a young black kid was killed recntly with an ice-axe over the colour of his skin. Acudubillah.

Hey salaams xabibti, nice to see your back
I understand the point your making that history continually repeats itself regardless of 'modernity', and its really sad to see a young woman like yourself being called 'negro' Acudubillah, may i ask were are u residing? And you see your discrimiated from 4 cornors of the wall, negro and the issue of hijab, but how about being a woman. Do u think thats a problem too?
MashAllah your a brave person walaal, and im soo proud of sisters like yourslef that shrug their shoulders at bigots--God Bless you, InshAllah Ileehay jannah ha ku siiyo....amin

Ahh Dhuuso your soo funny, ive just read the post, and i was dispoinnted esp. from Qurux,Hannah and Mocha, moaning about boys--Ukkkh, they are not worth the lip energy, but to call upon a 'Xallimo Revolution' and to empower youngin's to become inovolvd in sexual promiscuity is not the solution LOL...Yes our biological make-up seems to be too deterministic for many rebeliious xallimos, but i think your barkin up the wrong tree my son...how i would remedy this dilema is to sew up their private parts--OH WAIT OH WAIT, thats already been done, ahh i dont know....''tie their fallopian tubes'?
