interesting points, in my of these immigrants countries there are laws set in place to protect the local economy and employment by refusing foreigners to do work that the locals can do themselves.
I disagree. Somalis by nature are brain dead, no creativity, no vision and boring. These new immigrants are doing what the locals failed to do.

Instead of creating a future most Somalis sit idle, chew qaad and steal from the government and yet expect everything from the government.

I hope in the long run the minority immigrants strangle the clannish lazy Somalis and fuck them up in their own country.

The more i age the more I see Somalis as nothing but parasites.
rather have a idle somali parasite than an alien species, I do believe in immigration being a good thing though, it will make Somalis more worldly and think less in terms of clans but in terms of ethnicity which is good for my ideology of ethno-nationalism
Am not surprised you are the bi product of Afweynes fadhi-ku-dharag Daarood welfare scheme that caused the Somali apocalypse.

I have seen allot of Mareexaan 99% of them had family member who was made rich by Afweyne.

In early 80s while your daddy Afweyne was touring Gedo all the Mareexaan lined up to kiss the ring. Afweyne been expert on who is who among his Mareexaan failed to recognize one in particular. He asked the man as who he was and how he doesn't recognize him, the man. Answered you don't know me because " waxan ahay mid aan hore ku shaxaadin ".

well he didn't develop Marehan regions, I don't blame him for that though, during that time it was unfathomable that Somalia would split into clan fiefdoms.

don't they need a visa? or business certificate, are there any regulations?

do they have to hire locals? or can they bring their cousin from back home.

i think immigration can be good if it is controlled and regulated. the issue is that none of these business pay taxes and these foreigners might do good in the short term but in the long term they will get money from the locals and send it back home , which is bad for the economy.

if you see somali tv channels everyday you see some advert from a so called "Doctor" from Egypt or Syria in Somalia and none of these private hospitals are regulated, that so called doctor might not even be a doctor.

the government is suppose to shield people from unregulated and unknown doctors, businesses and even immigration.

True the regulation is very low in Somalia, but tax is definitely paid, you see Somalis might not be good at many things but they are very skilled when it comes to taxation or should I say extortion.
