The vast majority of the products/commodities that are imported from the UAE originate elsewhere, mostly China.
It wouldn't be too difficult to import them direct from China.

Clearly this will take some time to arrange but over the medium to long term it would reduce costs and create more opportunities.
Somalia has nothing to fear from the UAE.....if anything this will encourage all Somali's to come together to succeed.
