Hawiye is no different than Darood. The difference between them is that Darood knows what they want and how to get it by all means even crying Somalinimo when it fulfils their agenda but Hawiye is slow.

You can't count on one that doesn't even know his own interests.

Only people who know their interests can declare secession if that's best for them. Hawiye doesn't have the intelligence to know those kind of things. They are second class in Xamar today.
