These are inexperienced people vacationing from Djibouti who know next to nothing about the dynamics in DD. Dire Dawa is also a commercially important cosmpolitan city and I would not worry about ethnic violence getting out of hand as the Federal Government likes to keep a lid on things in Dire Dawa. Moreover, communal violence between Ciise/Gurgura and Afran Qallo would not benefit either community; many are our kin bro so senseless blood will be spilt.
