Great that Voltage is thinking that way

I will never advise anyone who is well educated to move to Somalia until the lawlessness is brought to an end.

Its easy to get killed for money(people who selling you to al shabaab) or for position.

Your qaraabo are reer baadiye and will make faan about and where you live leading to get exposed while you dont wanna them talk about you

You have to be dirty and corrupt and aligned with a group. That dhalxe mx mp from uk who was pro Damjadeed he hired mooryaan army to snatch some position from another mx who threarened the other guy.

Another guy who moved to Xamar some of his money was going to agaasimaha wasaarada so he left the job. He was given a project by some wasaarad as he is very educated guy but was not getting the whole money. You have to stay in an expensive hotel or hide in some areas and what they givibg you is not enought for the costs.

For me as i have more arabic education and ikhwan relations the only problem is the lawlessness so i dont wanna involve in it in the near future.

Working in politics is bad being a judge I could be My grandfather was a judge in hargeysa. Back in the 1930s and 1940s he quiet that job and became a business man simply because people were giving him gifts to rule in their favor and he said caruurteyda xaaraan bribes masin karo islamically it's xaram calayk. So he became became kabadhe iiidoor started importing goods from India and England and Yemen and sell it in hargeysa Abyssinia and xamar and so on.

For somebody who has been so invested in Somali politics, history, culture and tribalism for over a decade...it's quite pathetic to see you have made the journey all the way from America and not even have visited.
Lol tiger, easy.

Bro my interest was based on purely academic level. Also as a way of trying to culturally connect with something I did not know and did not grow upon. It's not that I am not interested in going at all. It's that 1) I do not have a single close family relation left in Somalia anymore (they are all in US, Canada, and Europe) and 2.) I value my life

The only family I have left there is a young abti in Beled-Xaawo my late maternal grandpa had in old age after the civil war. When I wanted to go during the times I visited Kenya, Al Shabaab's presence prevented me from going there.

Ceeb sxb. He wasn't deputy ambassador. He was just a junior employee at the embassy while going to school. Also love, respect, and admire the Hawiye people and all Somali tribes. Don't confuse political discussions for more than it is.

Wallahi you hit the nail on the head. A position there unless you know and work that corrupt system is a death sentence. The older brother I talked about...he was there for barely a week before some lady who cleans his hotel said to him "eedo waan ku daawaday, nin fiican baa tahay oo iqyaar ah lakin waxaa lay kaa soo diri inan ku sixro, is ilaali." My brother was like WTF wallahi. The guy he replaced was behind it that crazy voodoo type of craziness. That was just the beginning

and

"Years of deceit in which the truthful person will not be believed and the liar will be believed. [Ahmad]"

Voltage is not taking chances to mess his security clearances by visiting the Fatherland.

Khalidow,

By the way Farmaajo was an accountant with the Somali Democratic Republic. He used to do administrative tasks and also monitored the staff (spy). When my Adeer Caadow stepped down as Ambassador, Farmaajo when to his house to take inventory going as far as to count to spoons and forks in the kitchen
