How old was he?

If you study the pictures and video in topic, that's the face and body of someone in his late 70s or early 80s. Contrary to the claims, he couldn't be 122*. Rarely (due to lifestyle) would a pure Somali age to 100, particularly one that's active or fit. However, a Somali Bantu has a higher chance of ageing to 100 while active or fit.

Majority* (+90%) of Somalis live in rural areas and have been gradually abandoning nomadic lifestyle since the 1960s. The few nomads left are gonna become a thing of the past in a few decades if not sooner.
