It’s a private visit covered on SL blogs with very little coverage in the Local guinea press. Guinea needs investment dollars and so should welcome this wealthy man Mr Biixi.

Still beats being delusional! The poor masses are deluded into believing these foreign trips amount to diplomacy instead of private trips for rest and recuperation from the hard life in Hargeisa.
When will Guinea send it’s President to visit Hargeisa?
