For as long as it takes to gain de jure international recognition.

You did not answer my question, Puntland has a power-sharing arrangement with Mogadishu, how is that working out for them?

What are boon marehan midgaans who are getting molested by KDF getting out of their power sharing arrangement with Mogadishu?

Its empty rhetoric. Somaliland -as shit as it can be at times- is doing so much better than them. You would have a point if say PL was doing so well.

Open your damn mind to the possibilities out there. The kacaan you so fondly remember was getting all these lucrative aid packages not because of the banana farms of the South, but due tot he strategic location of SL.

Somaliland is perfect, we have enough arable land to cover our needs and even export. We have enough water and natural resources to flourish. If you are serious about finding a way out for your northerners then accept the decision they made and work with it. This is the reality your adeer Cali Khalif Galaydh has come to after 20 years of struggle against Somaliland.

Once we get our sovereignty back, we can perhaps work out an arrangement with Djibouti and Somalia, but until then, we keep going.

This is about harsh realities on the ground. Somaliland will not stop its quest for statehood how difficult it may be to achieve our recognition. As long as we have our guns our people united our flag very high and our leadership very united. Nothing can stop our aspirations. Somalilanders can never be pro Somalia. You can't even get the most anti somaliland govt caare to wave ur flag.
Abaar Yoonis lead by Caare have made it clear there is no unity even within beesha Isaaq. Somaliland will either self-destruct like I have predicted years ago or externally more likely to self-destruct at this moment. Reality a bitch and there is no space for feakness!

Somaliland will end up divided into two Federal States and rejoin Somalia next 4 years. Only Puntland if we took you path can bring your fancy to reality. But that's not gonna happen in Ountland unless these two folks Farmaajo and his PM return to power, that would change everything. I pray to Allah we dont reach that low.

Salaam Alyakum, I have always wondered does Somaliland hate Somalia? do they really not want unity with their fellow Somalis? or do they hate them too much to even consider it? I am confused cause I have Somali friends from Hargeisa who like and want unity but at the same time I hear and see others not wanting it.
