Yep, ask the neighbors, two houses to the East was Macallin Cali Masjid, and Reer Jarmal house.....It was a well-known incident in the area, but nobody complained and mentioned anything about it.....I think the well might have been the main water source for the Masjidka too.

4.5 is based on Somali clans and no matter how corrupt the system has been, the electoral process starts with Clan representatives starting from Ugas, i.e. down beginning the process in effect legitimazing it by starting the naming of Ergo who are the foundation of all governemnt

"Parallel government or election" is mutually exclusive to this basic legitimization.

For example, I am Marehan. Marehan has 1 Ugas Guud. The one Ugas Guud legitimizes Marehan's stamp of approval in the single process he contributes to by signing his signature.

That is all I will say to show how there cannot even be "2 processes" at the same time.

The entire concept essentially declares war not on Farmaajo, but Somalia's entire post-civil war resolution.

If the presidential candidates boycott or refuse to take part in the election, it's gonna end up like the Hirshabelle election. In that case, president Farmaajo would win and the IC would congratulate him just as they congratulated president Guudlaawe. There might be minor qaraxs orchestrated by the disgruntled mucaarads, but they won't be able to dislodge president Farmaajo from office by force. The only way they can win is by learning how to play chess, but they aren't even willing to learn how to play checkers.
