It's clear the mucaraad are the ones who fired bullets to the air conditioner, from the beginning they were saying let's go to afisoone. Now with no air conditioner they have better chance, so it's obvious. What does farmaajo have to gain by villa hargeisa being inaccessible? the meeting would just happen in afisoone just like mucaraad wanted first parliament meeting. And according to their plan atmis would let ceelwaaq mps in. It won't get postponed.
He has better chance to guard the parliament denying ceelwaaq mps using his forces just like he did with carab. So it's in HIS INTEREST FOR the parliament to convene in villa hargesia which he controls. It's clear someone loyal to rooble did this.
