now lets get to it what does hawiye want what does Darood want
Hawiye wants to keep the capital the keep the presidency and keep the aid money , its the trinity they want to keep
This is how they calculate they cant have a somalia with ful aid if the country balkanises. The darood whisper in the ear if Isaaq is allowed to we will leave to that will leave rahanaweyn and hawiye and some .5 this will not result to much aid from gaalada so they dont want that.. two points need to be discussed how to uplift somaliland unite Somaliland with in the 1884 bounderies with a lose autonomous state for both eastern sool and eastern sanaag two have an open border with their puntland brothers, the bounderies of SL and Somalia are merely political not bussines wise not dhaqan wise there is no xuduud markaas.

Daroood main issue of not wanting Somaliland is they would have been scared that they would be overwealmed with by the hawiye and rahanweyn but this is not to worry dir got 61 votes and so do daarood and rahanweyn it can be easily done
