All I am saying is that place creeped me the fock out.. Gaalkacayo.. everybody packs atleast an AK or an M16 so the whole time I was there I tried not to push any buttons
Its a huge city though.. if you have family there I am sure its great, aniguse I was on my focking own except for a few warsan businessmen and a dashiishe uncle I have who lives there
I wasnt even supposed to go there to begin with.. We were booked on a flight to Boosaaso laakin these fockers had soled our seats to some other niggaz so we had to wait in Dubai three days before we could take the next flight to Somalia. They just forgot to mention that this one was landing in Gaalkacayo instead of Boosaaso. They literally told us when we were in Jabuuti
I understand how you feel. If I were in say Las qorey I would feel kinda outta place. However galkacyo has probably the craziest people in somalia.
One story nigga. I plan on going back in probably 2-2 1/2 yrs/
Yeah, especially the time around when i was there.. some Leelkase niggaz had killed this Cumar maxamuud dude so there were tensions (which explaines alot).
I read your story i think it was funny but danm scarry too...Don't know body want to argue with blood thirsty gaalkacyoni with Ak 47 in his hand. Them fockers are so quick to shoot, but sometimes you have to act crazy so that he don't think you're some kid from qurbo qaboow. You feel me?
I know what you mean. instead of wanting peace the fukkers my clan probably wanted to kill like 300 of their clan. So how was it overall. All the places in Somalia that you visited. just a brief account and thats

The young people are the crazy ones.. laakin the elders, they're cool and very talkative.. a little arrogant, but talkative
Let me guess X. Habr Gidr wa futo madobe. iljeex kan wa dad uu la isticmaalan. Hawiye are dumb shit blah blah blah. Mj's there are some of the craziest fukkers.

Well we took the Laami from gaalkacayo and went up north.. passed a few small towns here and there.. laakin the ones I remember are Garoowe (very beautifull place ) and it was very quiet compared to the buuq in gaalkacayo plus I remember thinking that the houses are beautifull I had a chance to go back and actually STAY in garoowe laakin I was forced to pass it.. Qardho was nice too..
Skull= not interior but the exterior of madaxa. Cracking, an slang word, like an example cracking jokes, telling jokes. When you combine the two words you get a thoughtfull funny man like yourself. Happy.
Hate to burst your bubbles but the UAE is not what it used to be. First of all it is difficult to get the lifestyle of a few years ago, things are getting allot more expensive than before.
plus you wont find a job here straight out of college you need at least 3-5 years experience, then you can get a job with with comfortable living.
For me as a bachelor it is very affordable, even expensive dubai. For a family i would advise they avoid dubai.
Sharjah is and is supposed to be an Islamic state and a Saudia wanabe, and it even has a muttawaceen to harrass you. but funnily enough on the northern border there is the small emirate of ajman which is free wheeling anything goes state, it even has a hieneken brewery.
on the southern border is Dubai, and you really dont see any border they just merge together. Dubai is noisy full of traffic, the shops are open till late, some even 24 hours , some of the best nightlife in the Middle East, and home to dozens of nationalities. Last estimate is that there are now about 100,000 westerners if you include Australians and White southafricans.
@cunsurinimo/qabiilism Who takes that shit serious anyways, arent we both reer sanaag.
Grew up in Abudhabi, left in 96 for Sydney. Had about 3 years experience before i moved back to the UAE. Family was here, so that was a deciding factor, in moving here.
pay aint too bad either, same deal i would get in australia but without the taxes.
xplosive:tell me a lil more about qardo.........my beloved hometown... i never been there but insha allah plan on going this summer if all goes well! but ur scaring the shid outta me in regards to galkacyo because im supposed to spend the majority of my time in xaafada israac but the last thing i want is some midget with an ak-47 punking me off
So you worked three years in Sydney.. cool. What do you work with horta?
Apollo, walaahi I cant tell you much because I only stayed for a few hours and had something to eat. This cismaan maxamuud guy I was travelling with and had met on the plane was gonna stay there marka I chilled with him for an hour or two and then moved on.. laakin its full of life.. and the people are friendly.. ta kale, I thought it was a small town laakin walaahi its much much larger than i had expected.. you should go visit walle.
