its is definitely a guy who is self assured....not cocky but confident.......a guy who has a sense of humour and a serious side......basically the guy version of me 
.....lets face it thats what every person is looking for.......in terms of looks we all tend to go for someone who has similiar features as ourselves.....it can be your eyes...smile....nose....etc.....
