Hamas will easily defeat any Jewish incursion. The Jews are in league with Satan. Hamas are strong in their deen. This will be different from previous events. The Israelis can not take one step into land protected by Allah.
@ "Hamas are strong in their deen."
Well, when conditions are met.........
Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:
I heard the Apostle of Allah, (peace_be_upon_him) say: When you enter into the inah transaction, hold the tails of oxen, are pleased with agriculture, and give up conducting jihad (struggle in the way of Allah). Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion.

Read the previous post - the Hadith cited.
Hamas is getting its ass handed to it. So either they are not good Muslims (if they were, Allah would be on their side) or Allah was lying when he said he would protect good Muslims. It's one or the other.
Personally, I think it's both. Allah was lying and Hamas are bad Muslims (not to mention bad humans).

MAD MAC,
I can't speak for Hamas, but it's universally known that the trial is a precursor to victory.......that way the people who truly believe in Islam remain in Islam whereas the people who didn't truly believe are deluded.....a crucible........it might not be apparent to the person who believes in only the "here & now", but Muslims will undergo all sorts of vicious trials as decreed by God.
I thought you owned a Quran
Anyways here are some examples.....:
"We will most certainly test you with fear and hunger and loss of property, lives and fruits but give good news to the patient." (2:155)
"Do you think that you shall enter the Garden (of bliss) without such (trials) as came to those who passed away before you? They encountered suffering and adversity, and were so shaken in spirit that even the Messenger and those of faith who were with him cried: "When (will come) the help of Allah?" Ah! Verily, the help of Allah is (always) near!" (2:214)
"You will certainly be tried respecting your wealth and your souls." (3:186)
"Do men think that they will be left alone saying, We believe, and not be tried?" (29:2)

Gedo
Now I ain't sayin' Israel is right. But you're saying that Hamas provocations and attacks didn't mean anything, and I'm saying they did. Now look, I've seen a million Palestinians with a million provocations, and they all meant something. Abbas tries to pretend they don't, but they do, that's what's so dangerous about the whole thing. There's a subtle something going on there where, you don't talk about it, but he knew it, we knew it, the focking Israelis knew it, and the Palestinians should have focking better known better. That's Israeli national seucrity they're focking with. They're not going to have a sense of humor about that sort of shit. Ya know what I'm saying?

Mad Mac
Hamas along with PLO just released a manifesto and accepted the legitimacy of the state of Israel. Let us be real Mad, as a soldier yourself you will agree to the attack on a military outpost and seizing a soldier is much more appropriate, from a warfare standpoint, than launching suicide bombers against civilians. On the other hand, Israelis launch a rocket after rocket at a target in a crowded urban setting and kills innocents, including children, and sadly in your jargon, that is not terrorism. This operation indicates that the Israel's prefer Palestinians attacking Israeli civilians to Palestinian military action. Why then is the Israeli reaction so much stronger now than it usually is against attacks on Israeli civilians? How do you explain it?
Let me throw in my two cents and answer my own question.Prime Minister Olmert wants to show the world and in particular to the Israeli's (remember he is the only prime minister with no military credentials background) that he's just as brutal and sadistic as his predecessor, the butcher of Palestinians, Ariel Sharon. He is doing a good job, racking up quite a number of Palestinian corpses with terror attacks in Gaza. Why? He has a peace process to chuck out and wants to go ahead with his own plans.
