I read on another website how this geezer described the World Cup.

"Italy play all-out defend, even vs 10 men, & the cup heads for its new home, where diving is a religion & next seasonÂ’s results are already decided by directors, refs & betting rings. "
Pathetic. Every fukkin team was playing only defense. I have to say Ghana was the most entertaining team in this whole world cup and the italians were the most boring team to watch. They did not deserve to win this world cup. Australia should have beat in the second round.
The Italians played well and were exciting to watch this year in my opinion. Lippi took alot of risks. Like playing with three strikers and shit. Thats not something Italians are known for.

Italy did play well. Lippi took alot of risks and it paid off.

Lippi didnt win 4 Serie A titles and 1 Champions League trophy with Juventus for nothing. The man is a mastermind.

And he has now added the World Cup to his already impressive CV up
