Actually, the name Mahmud, comes from the same root as Muhammad.

And i believe that it is one of Allahs names as well.

The name Mohamed/Momamud or even Ahmed is/are not part of the names of Allah SWT, but the first person to be called was the prophet Muhamed CSW. One of Allah's names that somewhat close to thta meaning could be Al-Xamid though.

I don't know who Mohammed Omar is, and I've never once said anything about him. If you read what I actually wrote rather than chopping up my sentences, and attributing to me statements I never said, you'll see what I said had absolutely nothing to do with Omar, but that according to Islam all non-Muslims will burn in hell.

If you take the liberty to read my previous statements with the purpose of understanding what I wrote, you'll have seen that I' already cited two verses of the Quran (to which I directed you to) in my exchanges with Mahammed99.

I agree with that. But the Quran also says "For We assuredly sent amongst every People a messenger," (16:36). It also says "To every People have We appointed rites and ceremonies which they must follow" (26:67) and finally: "To every people did We appoint rites" (22:34)

Firstly I didn't fail to answer or respond to your question. You failed to see my previous response in which I highlighted two verses from the Quran.

I'll respond to your question once more. Let's just hope you manage to comprehend this time. In addition to the above Quranic verses there are ahadith which explain that all non-Muslims (irrespective of whether they heard about Islam) will roast in hell forever to burn therein: "narrated from Anas, that a man said: “O Messenger of Allah, where is my father?” He said: “In Hell.” When he turned away he called him back and said: “My father and your father are in Hell.” (Sahih Muslim 202)

This in spite of the fact Mohamed's old man did not know about Islam which is in stark contradiction to the above Quranic verse. Mohammed's mother is also according to the prophet's own account nicely dwelling in the pits of eternal hell because she was a non-Muslim: "The Messenger of Allah said: “I asked my Lord for permission to pray for forgiveness for my mother, but He did not give me permission..." (sahih Muslim 976).
